Adoption Information:

Fees for adopting one of our animls is as follows:

Dogs: $65.00 (13 months and older)

Puppies: $75.00 (12 months and under)

Cats: $45.00 (13 months and older)

Kittens: $55.00 (12 months and younger)

All animals are spayed or neutered, utd on Rabies vaccination, annual vaccination, Bordetella and Heartworm tested.

There is a contract to be signed before the animal leaves the shelter employees care.  You will receive a copy of this as well as all vet records.

Any animal adopted into Fairfield Bay is subject to a license fee for the City. $5.00 for altered animals.

RESCUES:

Criteria for Rescue Pulls From FFB Shelter

1} Rescues must be approved by rescue Coordinator and Manager

2} Rescue must be a 501c3 in Good Standing or have a 501c3 in Good standing to pull for them

3} We request a $35.00 pull fee for non endangered animals

4} Health Certificates can be aquired for the Rescue, however monitary responsibility is that of the rescue.

5} Once Animal has committment and fee is paid, Rescue must remove Animal from shelter (we do not provide foster or boarding services)

6} Shelter animals are vetted, extra vetting wil be responsibility of the pulling rescue.

Each animal must receive commitment in writting (via email), each animal will present with a Shelter pull form, copy of signed contract and vet records.

Reclaiming your lost Pet:

First offense of animal at large:

$40.00 fee plus 10.00 maintenence for each day animal is at the shelter. $15.00 for intake vaccinations.  Any license fee or other veterinary charges. If your animal was claimed after hold time there will be a charge of $165.00 for alter expense.

Second Offense: $50.00 plus $25.00 per day maintenence fee, any veterinary charges.

Third offense: $75.00 plus $25.00 per day maintenence fee, any veterinary charges.
